If you’ve had a “bad” workout, a bad week…heck, even a bad month, please don’t become discouraged. It’s completely normal & happens to EVERYONE! Not every workout can, or will, be at 100% of your best. You may have periods of struggle, where you don’t progress much, if at all, and times where you simply don’t “feel” great about where you’re at. It’s ok!
Results are the sum of ALL efforts & workload over an extended period of time. Work is work…effort is effort…and doing something is almost always better than doing nothing. Stay focused on your short & long-term goals and simply take things one day at a time. Each day is a new opportunity to start fresh and take one more step forward.
